Like many collectors I started collecting stamps from the country in which I lived. 

I started slowly building a George V collection, but, as you may know, during the years from 1910 to 1936 there were quite a few stamps issued, and with many colour shades and varieties. So I finally concentrated on the Downey Head and Photogravure issues.
